I am a former special education teacher, turned mom, turned yoga instructor, turned women’s holistic health practitioner. My purpose is to help women like you balance their hormones holistically, learn to listen to their body’s wisdom living with vitality at each stage in life.

  • I've been attending Jacquelyn's weekly yoga classes for nearly a year, and I always love the way I feel after leaving - its the perfect way to start your day and weekend.

    So when it came time for my wedding, I asked if she could make me an audio flow for the morning of. She obliged and really knocked it out of the park! She gave me different music options, kept in mind how I wanted to feel going into one of the biggest days of my life, and I wrapped up the practice that morning feeling grounded and ready to take on the day.

  • I took Jacquelyn's "Yoga for your cycle" workshop at Black Swan Yoga and absolutely LOVED IT! It changed the way I understood my body's natural cycle and how to synchronize my yoga practice with the very thing that makes me a woman - my menstrual cycle!

    Ever since that class I've been so much more in-tune with each phase of my cycle and how to best accommodate my body's needs. It was not only an educational class, but we also practiced the different yoga poses that may be best to do do during each phase, which made the class evermore enjoyable because I go my yoga practice in too!

    Jacquelyn even scheduled 1-1 sessions with each student to personalize our practice with our cycle.

    I highly recommend learning from Jacquelyn and trying some her classes and workshops!
