I'm Jacquelyn

I am a women's holistic hormone practitioner and yoga teacher - here to help you balance your hormones so you can live each day to its fullest.

Once upon a time, I was a special education teacher who knew little about how her body worked.

I found yoga on a journey to slow down and reconnect with myself. Yoga taught me to listen deeply to my body, and before I knew it was healing my hormones and finding balance in my life. Now I help women build an intimate relationship with their bodies, and teach them how to take control of their hormones so they can embrace all life has to offer.

I know what it feels like to live in a body that is constantly out of balance. Years of over-exercising, under-eating, and not listening to my body's inner whispers kept me in a vicious cycle of painful PMS, irritable bowels, and cystic acne.

I tried medical doctors, but they only wanted to band-aid my symptoms with birth control or other medications.

That's when I took it upon myself to learn as much as possible about my body, hormones, and holistic approaches to building the life I wanted.

I realized that I had to look at my lifestyle holistically and make small mindful changes.

And now, I am here to help you do it too!
