This week we have an incredible conversation with Jacquelyn from Flow Light Be. For years she dabbled with yoga while constantly dealing with hormonal imbalances. She shares her struggle with post partum depression and how she recognized she needed help. She says, “my body had enough, and it started to scream. I realized I needed to make a change.” Jacquelyn started with committing to 30 days. Thirty days turned into 60, this led to a full year and now 3 1/2 years later she’s a special ed teacher turned yoga teacher. “With time, I began to find balance.”
